Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using AmigoSquad you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Your account

  • You must be at least 16 years old.
  • Provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secret.
  • You're responsible for all activity under your account.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Upload illegal, harmful, hateful, or infringing content.
  • Spam, harass, or impersonate others.
  • Reverse engineer, scrape, or abuse the service.
  • Attempt to access data that isn't yours.

We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.

4. Your content

You keep ownership of trips, photos, notes, and other content you create. You grant us a non-exclusive license to host, display, and process it solely to operate the service for you and the people you invite.

5. AI features (Ami)

Ami suggests destinations, itineraries, and travel info using AI. Suggestions can be inaccurate or out of date — always verify visa rules, prices, opening hours, and safety before booking. AmigoSquad is not liable for decisions made based on AI output.

6. Travel bookings & third parties

AmigoSquad is a planning tool. We don't sell flights, hotels, or activities. Any booking you make is a contract between you and the third-party provider.

7. Service availability

We aim for high uptime but don't guarantee uninterrupted service. We may change, pause, or discontinue features. We'll give reasonable notice before removing features that affect your data.

8. Termination

You can delete your account any time from settings. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms. After deletion, your personal data is removed per our Privacy Policy.

9. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AmigoSquad is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, lost trips, or third-party actions. Our total liability is capped at the amount you've paid us in the last 12 months (currently free).

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden. Disputes go to the courts of Stockholm, unless mandatory consumer law in your country says otherwise.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced at least 14 days in advance. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
